Bridge Lake

Bridge Lake is situated just off highway 24, in the Interlake's area approximately 35 minutes from 100 Mile House. One will enjoy the beauty and quiet of this crystal clear lake and its surrounding area. You can enjoy all the water sports as well as winter sports on this lake.

Bridge Lake boast some of the best fishing for larger fish in the area, the selection includes Rainbow, stocked Kokanee and Lake Trout. Trolling seems to be best on this lake as its depth is 35 meters deep, although one has caught many the rainbows on the fly! One can enjoy ice fishing and the ice is usually off by May on this lake.

This lake is 1550 hectares in size and boasts almost 21 small islands and is situated at 1315 meters in elevation.

Sheridan Lake

Sheridan Lake is located off highway 24 at an elevation of 1275 meters and is approx 30 minutes from 100 Mile house and 5 hours from Vancouver. Sheridan is the largest lake in the Interlake's area covering 1860 Hectares! This lake is 30 meters at its deepest point and has many shoals which help ensure the abundance of aquatic life in this lake.

Just as Bridge lake is this lake is crystal clear and one never has a problem finding a boat launch. It is a great water- ski lake and one can enjoy all water sports on this wonderful lake.

- this is my personal favorite as I stayed with Art and Phyllis many times when looking for my perfect spot in the Cariboo. They always made me feel like family and I am sure you will too! Their beautiful log homes sits right on the waterfront on Sheridan Lake and their cozy atmosphere is a must to see.

Lac Des Roches

The most photographed lake around! Lac des roches is off highway 24 and closer to Little Fort than 100 mile house. This lake is situated at an elevation of 1290 metres and is 740 hectres in size. This very quiet lake is not very populated but does some wonderful resorts along its shores. The lake is up to 38 meters deep in places so come and troll for some of the many 6kg rainbows which live here.

Deka Lake

Deka Lake is situated about 10 minutes off highway 24 by taking Burgess Road, it is about 25 minutes from 100 mile house and about 5 hours from Vancouver. This lake is a little busier than some of the other larger lakes but offers waterskiing, jet-skiing and fishing as well as some great ice fishing. Rainbow, Kokanne, Burbot as well as Lake Trout enjoy playing with your lure, so come and launch your boat at one of the many boat launches and enjoy the lake!

Canim Lake

Ah, Canim lake, there is something about this lake that seems to draw me; its size perhaps is one of them. This lake is situated on the north east side of 100 mile house and approx 30 minutes from town. At 772 meters in elevation one seems to enjoy longer summer months and less winter cold up this way.

This lake however can frustrate fisherman with sudden strong winds that come up on the lake. Rainbow and Kokanee call this lake home. It is certainly worth the drive to experience the lake and its surrounding waterfalls and some great camping spots too!

Birch Lake

Just off highway 24 close to Lac Des Roche sits this 240 hectare lake with rainbow that reach 3.5kg in size. This is a quiet lake with motor restriction of 10hp or less. The lake is at 1305 meters in elevation and is hard to get into in the winter as the road in is not maintained as well this lake does not have power to any of the properties.

Fawn Lake

Just off highway 24 this lake is very small and just before the western end of Sheridan lake. Don't let the size fool you as one can find rainbow in the 2-3 class and few larger ones. This is a great fly fishing lake, so come and stay at the Fawn lake resort and enjoy the area.

Green Lake

This lake is very popular as it is only 4.5 hours from Vancouver. It gets its name from its unique color. One can enjoy all summer and winter sports on this lake and catch the odd stocked rainbow and kokanee too. Come and enjoy the many resorts around the lake and with tons of boat launches and some wonderful parks as well.

Horse Lake

Just east of 100 mile house on horse lake road this Lake is popular to the locals that work in 100 mile house. It is a large long lake on one can enjoy summer and winter sports on this lake. The lake is stocked with rainbow and kokanee and Lake trout can be found as well. Although not thought as a fishing lake one can certainly enjoy the area.
